Multi-Channel Video Publisher Terms of Service

1. Purpose
Multi-Channel Video Publisher is a private desktop application used by its owner to manage video uploads to personally owned and authorized channels.
The application is not offered as a public SaaS platform, subscription service, or third-party channel management service.
2. YouTube API Services
The application uses the YouTube Data API v3 and Google OAuth 2.0.
Use of YouTube API Services is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service:

The application is designed to comply with the YouTube API Services Terms of Service and applicable Developer Policies.
3. Authorized Use
The application may only access channels for which the account owner has explicitly granted OAuth authorization.
Users must not use the application to upload content they do not have the right to publish or in any manner that violates applicable law, YouTube policies, or third-party rights.
4. Account Authorization
Google OAuth 2.0 is used to authorize access.
The application does not request or store Google account passwords.
Authorization may be revoked at any time through Google Account permissions.
5. Uploaded Content
The operator is solely responsible for all video files, titles, descriptions, tags, privacy settings, and scheduled publishing information submitted through the application.

7. Data and Security
OAuth tokens and application records may be stored locally on the operator’s computer.
The operator is responsible for maintaining appropriate security of the computer and local application files.
8. Availability
The application is provided for private internal use without warranties regarding uninterrupted availability.
Google and YouTube services may change, restrict, suspend, or discontinue API functionality independently of this application.

These Terms may be updated if the application’s functionality, API usage, or applicable policies change.
